Phase 2 News

We have been advised that in addition to the Stock Condition Survey which will be carried out this year – more details in the next Messenger – a survey of the heating systems at phase 2 will be done. We intend for the survey to be carried out this August / September, with a view to getting quotes for replacement. If the heating can be replaced this financial year we will do it – if not, it will be done in April 2007. So good news there for the tenants I hope.

Phase two is included in MBHA’s forthcoming planned maintenance programme. MBHA has to first do a stock survey: This means looking at all the houses we own to see which are priority to get work done first. Once we have looked at all the houses we will draw up timescale's for work to be carried out. As soon as we know when work is likely to be carried out at Phase 2 and what work we will be doing we will let you know.
